The Land
The land is triangular in shape, nearly 1,500 feet on a side. We plan to build the house near the center, with an 800-foot driveway (red line). The observatory will be located about 300 feet to the east, and over a rise, so it probably won't be visible from the house.

Here is an aerial photograph showing the general topography, the outline of our land, the other lots, and the subdivision roads. There are about 37 lots in the entire subdivision.
