Chair Support Bushing

Long ago I bought a nice office chair that has served me well over the years. However, recently the plastic bushing in the support column began to break apart, and pieces of it dropped to the floor beneath my chair. I made a replacement bushing on the lathe from Delrin®, and it works great. Here, the broken original bushing is shown on the left, with the new replacement on the right.
