Garden Fence Gate Latch

We have plastic deer fencing around our small vegetable garden, attached to 1" steel electrical conduit posts. I designed this S-shape latch to hold the "gate" post next to the "fence" post. The latch is flexible enough to let one post slip out when we want to open the gate.
